These combs are essential for precision parting. For naturals, the long, skinny end is most important. The point is used to section and style the hair without worrying about damage from the tiny teeth. Looser textures can use the fine-tooth comb to tease and back comb for an Afro effect.
Elastic Bands
Elastic bands are invaluable for pulling hair out of the face, and creating puffs and ponytails. Make sure to choose covered bands to avoid snagging delicate curly hair. We use these Goody headbands like hair ties for all our pulled-back styles.
