Chris Brown Ordered Back To Rehab Under New Conditions

Grammy Award winning songbird Chris Brown is headed back to rehab after what now seems to be his signature outbursts and erratic behavior. Brown  voluntarily entered rehab on Oct. 29, but was kicked out of the center earlier this month for smashing his mother’s car window with a rock during a family session.

The brunt of Brown’s problems are not at all close to being over, as he will be appearing in court on Monday to address a case where he allegedly assaulted a fan in Washington, D.C., after the fan and some friends attempted to snap a picture with the star.

On Wednesday, Superior Court Judge James Brandlin ordered Brown to serve three months in a new facility under specified conditions. Brown will be required to complete 24 hours of community service per week and submit to drug testing, in addition to working on his anger management issues. He was also ordered to take any medication that the doctors at the facility prescribe.

Brown could still possibly be facing jail time or further sanctions for his arrest in D.C. because it may have violated the terms of his probation connected to the 2009 assault of his ex-girlfriend, singer Rihanna. However, Brandlin has ordered officials to gather additional details about the case and report back for a Dec. 16 court hearing.
