Ciara was on hand to announce the nominations at the People’s Choice Awards 2014 Nominations Press Conference held at the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles yesterday. The engaged entertainer was a stunner in an Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2014 Embellished Jacket, Silk Shirt, and Angular Skirt.
The Body Part singer who is dodging pregnancy rumors and may have used her jacket as camouflage, didn’t hesitate to flash her gorgeous 15 carat engagement ring for all to see.
