The Kardashian clan is starting to crumble right before media cameras as Kris Jenner confirmed rumors of separation, Kim Kardashian refuses to marry Kanye West, and Lamar Odom’s drug problem sparks rumors of divorce and even cancellation of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
The family that used to rule reality TV and had the media wrapped around their fingers may be on the brink of demise.
It seems like all the men in the lives of the women just weren’t making the cut and as we all know, their partners were just as much a part of the Kardashian brand as the Kardashians themselves.
Kris Jenner finally confirmed that after more than two decades of marriage, she has decided to leave husband Bruce Jenner.
While the couple hasn’t initiated the divorce process just yet, they are already separated.
According to the mother of Kardashian clan, she has no harsh feelings for Jenner and claims that they will remain friends even after the upcoming divorce.
“We are living apart, but there is no animosity,” she said. “We are united and committed to our family…we ended a marriage, but that’s not the end of our friendship. I will always love him, but we are no longer a couple in that way.”
Kris claimed that the decision has made both of them happier and revealed that the family has been hiding the separation from the media for quite some time.
Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian seems ready to follow in her mother’s footsteps to the divorce court.
In the midst of all the drug abuse drama with Lamar Odom, rumor has it that Khloe is ready to end the marriage but she doesn’t want to do anything that might push her husband over the edge.
According to TMZ, the reality star is afraid that the NBA baller will commit suicide or overdose if she brings up any mention of divorce.
If she does follow through the divorce, however, there will no financial stress on either end because the couple’s prenup keeps Khloe and Lamar’s assets separated.
As if that wasn’t enough, even the most famous Kardashian is having some relationship issues.
While many people assumed Kanye West was the reason Kim hasn’t walked down the aisle yet, sources are reporting that it’s actually Kim who isn’t ready to get married.
“Kanye is obsessed with her,” once source said. “He always has been. He has begged her to get married a few times, it’s Kim that’s saying ‘not yet.’ ”
The news comes as a surprise after Kimmy was anxious to rush into marriage in previous relationships. Perhaps she is just being cautious after the divorce battle with Kris Humphries lasted longer than the actual marriage.
Apparently, having a baby together is less of a commitment than saying “I Do.”
While publicity is usually excites the Kardashian family, this time around things are different.
All of the drama is negatively impacting their television ratings and Odom’s drug abuse issues may be the final straw for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
“This is looking really bad for the Kardashians and their show,” one source told Radar Online. “When Kendra Wilkinson’s show dropped below one million viewers they dropped it, so the Kardashian reality show is definitely in trouble.”
With West refusing to appear on the show, the separation announcement meaning that Bruce won’t have much on-screen time either, and the drug addiction scandal swirling around Lamar and Khloe, the Kardashian empire may be entering its last season of reality TV.
Perhaps it would be for the best.
