Grand Theft Auto V has already been hailed one of the best games of the year by critics and for users, they’re get more than just great gameplay. The Grand Theft series has always been known to create an immersive realistic world for gamers, and a major element of that world is music. Grand Theft Auto V’s soundtrack features old school West Coast rap music, but there’s also new tracks as well, most notably Future‘s new song, “How It Was.”

“Grand Theft Auto 5 is like the gift that keeps on giving. Included on the game’s soundtrack is a new solo cut from Future dubbed How It Was. Freebandz’s most wanted raps about his checkered past life in the streets on the bouncy track.”
The song is classic Future – he raps in his melodic Southern drawl and at times croons the chorus with help from auto tune.
Grand Theft Auto V also features new music from Tyler The Creator, Twin Shadows and Wavves. Other songs of the game are previously released classics.
Grand Theft Auto V was released earlier this week, and is expected to be one of the best selling games of the year. Now the music may give people one more incentive to buy it.
