Rick Ross is Playing ‘No Games,’ Featuring Future

Rapper Rick Ross has a new song, “No Games,” featuring Future, who takes care of the duty on hook. Released by Funkmaster Flex Thursday night, Ross is putting out the new solo track around the same time his Maybach Music label will release its compilation “Self Made Vol. 3.”

 According to complex.com:

“Rick Ross never stopped releasing music. From ( movie director Quentin)Tarantino soundtracks to (slain Florida teen) Trayvon Martin commentary, he makes it a point to stay relevant. His last album came out just over a year ago, mind you. Yet, on top of the upcoming Self Made: Vol. 3 release, he is using the Ross-patented overlap technique by rolling out solo music now. This is his first single from his next (which will be his sixth) album, Mastermind.”

In addition to his marketing technique, Ross’  No Games has the sound expected from the Dade County rapper. With its hard hitting 808s, and Ross’ “boss” persona, No Games is sure to be another hit.

As reported by directlyrics.com:

“‘Can’t play no games with these n***s/ Can’t play no games with these b***s’ spits Future on the hook. Produced by J.U.S.T.I.C.E League, ‘No Games’ brings back that same high energy and aggressive sound we’ve heard from Rozay on his previous hit singles.”

Ross’ new album Mastermind doesn’t have a release date, but can be expected out either later this year or early 2014. In the meantime, enjoy No Games above.  Self Made Vol 3. will be out on Sept. 24.
