Chris Brown is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for a hit-and-run, TMZ reported on Sunday.
Although the accident was minor, fleeing the scene would be a violation of Brown’s probation—so it could land him back in jail.
According to reports, Brown allegedly refused to give the driver he rear-ended his driver’s license number, and also allegedly gave the wrong insurance information. Brown is on probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009.
