Despite the early lead that the Jubilee Alliance’s Uhuru Kenyatta has taken in the presidential vote tallying, it is still too early to determine the winner in the presidential race. Kenyatta is leading the other candidates by 58 per cent, while CORD Coalition’s Raila Odinga is second with 39 per cent.
Amani Coalition’s Musalia Mudavadi is third with 2.61 per cent of total votes cast in his favor. Peter Kenneth, James Ole Kiyiapi and Martha Karua, Mohammed Abduda Dida and Paul Muite are all under the one percent mark. More to follow.
