Martin Lawrence and Kelsey Grammer have stopped dancing around and are finally answering the question of when they would make a buddy comedy together. They will star in a sitcom, according to rumors reported in “Deadline.” Little is known about the show, other than it will be a multicamera comedy with a probable “odd couple” feel — a play on Lawrence and Grammer’s chemistry. Until now, Kelsey Grammer/Martin Lawrence fans (or “Grammartins”) have been forced to create a duo using contrived means, such as playing episodes of Grammer’s “Frasier” and Lawrence’s “Runteldat” on adjacent televisions.
The project is fast-tracked through Lionsgate and Debmar-Mercury, which is hoping to sell the show on a “buy 10, get an automatic 90” model — similar to Charlie Sheen’s Anger Management and Tyler Perry’s House Of Payne…
