'Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain' Comedy Tour To Hit Theaters Soon…

After the box office success of his comedy tour Laugh At My Pain, Kevin Hart’s career has blasted off to space, with several movie roles, TV shows and so many other gigs ever since. However, all the new additions to his work day hasn’t slowed the comedian/actor down, he just recently finished his multi-city comedy tour Let Me Explain, and just like Laugh At My Pain, it’s slated to hit a theater near you.

Lionsgate and CodeBlack Entertainment will release the film on the 4th of July holiday weekend. CodeBlack is the same company who released Kevin Hart: Laugh at My Pain, which tallied up a hefty $7.7 million in the nationwide box office. Lionsgate recently formed a partnership with Jeff Clanagan, the founder of CodeBlack, so the two companies will release Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain together.

The 2012 Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain concert tour included 10 countries and 80 cities, and was financed and executive produced by Hart and his Hartbeat Productions alongside Clanagan. The tour generated over $32 million in ticket sales.

Will this film be more successful than Laugh At My Pain? Of course, because Hart’s career has exploded he keeps getting more and more exposure. Now that his fan base is so much bigger, an even greater amount of people will likely show up to the theaters come July 4th.
