Beyonce may be dropping hints at a new song by posting a picture of what seems to be lyrics on her Instagram as she prepares to direct and star in her own HBO documentary.
Queen Bey has been taking over social media ever since she joined Instagram and has used it as a platform to keep her fans updated in some rather clever ways.
From posting photos endorsing Obama’s re-election to pics of her getting busy in the studio, she has become one of the most popular accounts on Instagram despite the fact that she just joined the site weeks ago.
This time she seems to be suggesting a new song in the works after posting a pic of a piece of paper with what some believe to be lyrics on them.
“Here I am- Just so ugly, dull, poor, beautiful, rich, interesting, amusing, ridiculous – take me or leave me,” the note said in all caps with certain blocks of the text crossed out. “And how beautiful it is to be doing, only what lies within your own capabilities and is part of your own nature. It is a great burden rolled off a man’s back when he comes to appear nothing that he is not. To take that out of life only what is truly his own.”
Of course, the scribbled note could just be the R&B queen’s train of though at the time, but fans are still hoping it’s a snippet of a new song. Due to the lack of a rhyme scheme however, the note could be many things but it doesn’t seem like a song is one of them – but we could be wrong.
Although it is still unsure if a new song is in the works, fans can still look forward to a documentary about the powerhouse singer that she is both directing and starring in.
It’s been one major Beyonce announcement after the other lately. Just as the big Beyonce Super Bowl announcement was made, HBO broke the story that a documentary about the curvaceous songstress is well on its way.
The film is yet to be titled but according to the announcement it will be “a multi-faceted portrait of the 16-time Grammy Award-winning singer, businesswoman, songwriter, actress, entrepreneur, wife and mother.”
The documentary will go all the way back to give a detailed look at Bey’s life including her childhood, music career, and perhaps even the birth of her adorable daughter Blue Ivy.
In the meantime, the “Dance For You” songstress is still making time to enjoy herself and her husband as the megastar couple was spotted courtside once again supporting Jay-Z’s team The NY Nets.
It was a big game as the two New York teams faced off, but ultimately Jay-Z’s crew took the victory which led to a triumphant tweet by the “Empire State” rapper.
“The city is under new management,” he tweeted after the victory. So few words, but they certainly packed a punch as he boasted the Nets victory over the Knicks.
