Beyonce is back at it with a rumored schedule that is jam packed with appearances including the X Factor finale, Super Bowl XLVII halftime in New Orleans, a possible collaboration with Missy Elliott while her sister Solange has been busy posing for the cover of Elle magazine.
Blue Ivy’s mommy never takes a rest and just might be the hardest working woman in the music business today.
The 31-year-old has a host of performances coming up and rumors suggest that one of them will include the X Factor finale.
Simon Cowell has been pulling out all the stops in an attempt to rescue his show’s ratings, and it seems as if he may have called on the help of Queen Bey.
Despite being remembered for his variety of harsh criticisms, he also goes all out when it comes to supporting someone who is truly talented.
The former American Idol judge believes that contestant Ella Henderson is guaranteed a spot in the top three and when she makes it there, he wants her to be singing right along side the reigning R&B queen herself.
According to Mirror in the UK, Cowell has already signed papers with the “Countdown” singer to hit the X Factor stage with the finale hopeful.
“We are delighted to get Beyonce on the show because she is such a huge crowd pleaser and will make sure the final goes with a bang,” one source told the UK publication. “The last time she sang with Alexandria it was incredible and we hope to have her sing a duet again.”
The anonymous source also revealed why Ella is such a likely finalist in the singing competition.
“Ella is the one most likely to sing with her because hearing their voices together would be just amazing,” the source added.
With so much focus on the show’s finale, you would think X Factor was already nearing its final stage… not quite.
Cowell just wants to make sure he gets first dibs on the best artists before his competition snatches them up first.
“The show is still in its early stages, but Simon hasn’t wasted any time in trying to line up acts for the final,” the source explained.
The X Factor is the only gig on Beyonce’s plate, however, as she is also reportedly scheduled to perform during Super Bowl XLVII in February in New Orleans, one source told the Associated Press.
It was just a matter of days ago that the mother of one took the stage beside her husband Jay-Z during his Brooklyn concerts at the Barclays Center, and now she’s going to be conquering another massive stage on her own.
Of course, with Madonna bringing out big names like Nicki Minaj and LMFAO during her 2012 Super Bowl performance, one can only wonder what massive stars might join the “Dance for You” songstress come February… perhaps Missy Elliot?
The “Lose Control” rapper has confirmed the growing rumors that she shared some studio time with Beyonce recently.
One of Missy’s followers asked the 41-year-old hip hop star if she let the award winning songstress listen to any of her tracks.
Soon after the quirky rapper replied, “lol! Possibly 😉 but it was great seeing her catching up because it’s been a while! Very inspired.”
No word out yet on if the Missy and Queen B collab will appear on the rapper’s album or on the R&B crooner’s album but it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Meanwhile, Beyonce’s younger sister Solange has been getting in touch with her roots on the cover of Elle South Africa.
The “Losing You” singer’s look effectively combined different styles from different South African designers for a bold and fun look.
The 26-year-old’s sleeveless top was designed by Tart, her funky high waisted shorts were designed by Loin Cloth & Ashes, while her bold rope accessories were fashioned by Pichulik.
According to the magazine, Solange is definitely the fashion world’s “New It-Girl” with a “sunny personality.”
If there is one thing that has been made certain, it’s that the Knowles name carries a lot of talent.
