Tameka Raymond seems to be in good spirits, despite losing her appeal for a re-trail in her custody battle and her ex-husband Usher scheduled to tell-all to Oprah about their failed marriage.
Sunday morning, hours before Usher’s interview with Oprah Winfrey was set to air, Tameka shared a photo of her boys with the R&B star, Usher and Naviyd.
“This is the pre-church attitude. Let’s see/hope this changes by the time we leave. LOL. Happy Sunday tweets.♥” Very cute.
For the remainder of the day she remained quiet but a few hours ago she shared more photos from a Falcons game – clearly showing to the interview hasn’t left her angry enough to lash out on Twitter – a contrast from her tweets following the ruling on the custody battle. Honestly, the interview was damaging for Tameka, other than Usher confirming that he once loved her there was nothing else said that showed her in a favorable light. Luckily this is the first and only last time the R&B star will speak on his marriage.
“I wanted to give her the wedding that she wanted. But I wasn’t quite ready… I impregnated this woman, we were in a relationship, we were in love. . . I was taking responsibility,” revealed Usher on his decision to move ahead with the wedding despite a gut feeling against it.
On now being enemies with the mother of his children,
“We don’t see eye-to-eye. The friend that I was to Tameka, I don’t know that I could ever be again, because I really felt like we were friends. She made us enemies in a way that I could never understood. It wasn’t until I was on the stand, where I cried, when I realized, ‘Oh, this is an attack.'”
It’s really sad that relationships can come to this point when children are involved. Naviyd and Usher V beyond adorable – mom and dad need to work it out!
