New York Fashion Week – Heidi Klum has always been the gorgeous model who steals the show as the host for Project Runway, but when Jennifer Hudson joined her on the catwalk for the show’s season finale at New York Fashion Week she definitely gave the former Victoria’s Secret Angel a run for her money.
Jennifer may not be prevalent in the fashion industry, but when she hit the catwalk with Project Runway judges Nina Garcia and Michael Kors, and host Heidi Klum it was easy to see why she was selected as the special guest judge for the show’s season finale.
The Grammy Award winning R&B singer showed off her new amazing physique and exquisite sense of fashion in a classy green jumpsuit and blazer and highlighted her new tiny waist with a skinny gold accent belt.
It’s been eight years since America first discovered Jennifer as an overweight powerhouse contestant on American Idol. Less than ten years later, she is 80 pounds lighter and has completely transformed her body thanks to the Weight Watchers diet plan, which she is now a spokesperson for.
The Academy Award winning “Dream Girls” actress sat down with Oprah for an upcoming episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter and admitted that she had no idea that Hollywood would be so obsessed with her weight.
“Already I had lost like 60 pounds then, I was exercising everyday. I got down to a size 12 and I got to Hollywood and they were like, ‘How do you feel being the big girl?’” She told Oprah during the intimate interview.
The new pictures that the former American Idol contestant tweeted of herself copying her husband’s wrestling poses, however, should definitely convince Hollywood to forget any other doubts they might have had about the R&B crooner’s new body.
In nothing more than a lace bra and high-waisted panties, Jen mimicked her WWE wrestler husband, David Otunga, by flexing her arms and displaying her own toned body.
In addition to talking to Oprah about her incredible weight loss, Jen and Otunga also shared more details about their plans to start a family soon.
