Tameka Foster Raymond Accuses Judge Of Bias In Custody Appeal

Tameka Foster Raymond is preparing to fight her ex-husband Usher Raymond against the judges ruling that left her without joint custody of her boys with the R&B star. Usher’s ex-wife filed a motion for a new trial accusing the judge of being biased. Reportedly, judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane received fundraising funds from the singer’s attorney for her 2008 re-election campaign.

Tameka also claims that her attorney provided more than enough evidence to show Usher’s inability to care for the boys including his alleged drug use, tour schedule and other work commitments while there was little evidence against her ability to parent Naviyd and Usher V.

Another shocking piece of evidence may be a recorded phone call between Usher and Tameka hours before the ruling where the singer allegedly taunted her asking, “How does it feel to lose custody of your children? One day, I will tell my boys that they once had a mother.”

The judge had not yet ruled on the request but Tameka remains hopeful with her latest tweet on the matter (August 24) reading,

“Money can buy many things. But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm.”

“A woman’s loyalty is tested when her man has nothing. A man’s loyalty is tested when he has everything!” she tweeted.  “Don’t fear the enemy that attacks you. Fear the fake friend that hugs you. There’s not much worse. Money can buy many things. But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm.”
