Rihanna was spotted partying out in London recently wearing an outfit that has critics and PETA in an uproar. The 24-year old pop star was seen leaving Rose club wearing a mini burgundy leather skirt, a black Trapstar sweater and over the knee snakeskin boots. The boots appear to be the item of contention. One blogger calls the boots “egregious” and “garish”. PETA had much harsher words for RihRih.
“Rihanna may not have a clue that snakes killed for boots are often nailed to a tree and skinned alive. Of course, they can’t go on Oprah to cry about it.Wearing reptile skin is creepy and callous, and it makes her look even more out of touch. She and Lady Gaga seem so desperate to be freaks instead of recognized for their talents that you have to wonder if they realize that they are being laughed at.”

Meanwhile reality TV star NeNe Leakes was showing off her newest creation, ‘Nethia’ a sexy sandal she created in collaboration with ShoeDazzle. NeNe was out with former Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams, the duo were leaving Mr. Chows in LA. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared the photo with her Twitter followers stating,
“Check me out wearin my shoe “Neitha” wit @iamjennifer available Sept 10th http://Shoedazzle.com 44.95$ Gorge”
When asked if she had any input in the show design, NeNe responded,
“RT @DrKYMW: @NeNeLeakes did u really hav input on the design of this shoe<totally created it myself”
