Christina Milian is one busy woman.
The singer and now fashion designer debuted her new Havana Nights bikini line in Malibu with a beach party. Milian and a bunch of girlfriends were seen partying on a yacht as models walked around wearing some of Milian’s designs. Milian herself also acted as a model, donning pink bikini top and teal high-waist printed pants.
She also tweeted about the event, saying, “It was a great outcome today, thanks to everyone for coming out to support.”
Milian also appears to be getting back into music. The “Dip It Low” singer tweeted a picture of herself with Lil Wayne and Mack Maine in a studio this week and the accompanying tweet would lead many to believe that there is collaboration in the works. “Had a great listening session with the family.. #Boss #Ymcmb @liltunechi @mackmaine #lilwayne #christinamilian #mackmaine #music #repost #Miami I love my team… #LetUKnowItsReal wake up! #weWerrrk,” she wrote on her page.
It is nice to see the mother-of-one’s career progressing after having to deal with the public embarrassment from her ex-husband The Dream’s public infidelity. Milian recently revealed that her ex-husband has not been the best father to their daughter Violet.
“I’m not happy at the moment, but I have come to the realization that I have to be 200 percent mom for her and it’s not about finances, it’s about spending time,” Milian told 97.9 The Box, a radio station in Houston. “We live in different cities, he’s in Atlanta and I’m in LA. There are planes and plenty of money for airplanes so… I’m not one of those who withhold their children from their baby daddy. Don’t do that.”
After getting married in 2010, The Dream and Milian’s marriage seemed to be over in the blink of an eye, as he was pictured cavorting with other women just a couple of months later.
