Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star K. Michelle has repeatedly accused music executive Memphitz Wright of physical abuse during their relationship. According to K. Michelle she was slapped, smothered with a pillow and left with bruises on her arm.
Memphitz had previously denied ever hitting the reality TV star but in his latest interview with TT Torrez he recalls what happened that evening.
In the interview Memphitz claims he never put his hands on her and she attacked him. He says the infamous altercation took place after she kept embarrassing him at meetings and he demanded she go wait for him in their hotel room. He goes on to say when he got back to the room and tried to break up with K. Michelle, she started swinging on him. Memphitz did wind up admitting he held K. Michelle’s wrists as he tried to restrain her from slapping him in the face repeatedly. He also took responsibility for putting his hand over her mouth so she would stop screaming at the top of her lungs.
The finale of Love & Hip Hop aired last night and unfortunately for Michelle her story has centered around these allegations and very little on her music.
