'Gangster Squad' Trailer Number Two Released

New ‘Gangster Squad’ trailer hits the web!

Warner Brothers has just released another trailer for the upcoming crime drama Gangster Squad. The initial trailer for the film was released back in May and this is the second edition.

Gangster Squad takes place 1949 in Los Angeles, California. In the story, Brooklyn born mob boss Mickey Cohen is in full control of the city, where he is making large amounts of money from drugs, guns, prostitution and every numbers racket ring west of Chicago. Cohen does all this with the security of his violent gang, corrupt cops, and dirty politicians who are all on his payroll. After he build his empire, a minute team of LAPD outsiders will come together to bring down the mafia king.

The movie’s cast includes Sean Penn (as Cohen), Ryan Gosling, Josh Brolin, Emma Stone, Mireille Enos, Anthony Mackie, Nick Nolte, Michael Pena, Giovanni Ribisi and others.

Gangster Squad was written by Will Beall and is based on a book by Paul Lieberman.
