World champ and NBA Finals MVP LeBron James has stepped up his recruitment of Ray Allen, this time by use of social media.
James has posted updates to Twitter that were heavy-handed attempts to get the jump-shooting maestro to sign on with the world champion Heat.
First James used his kid, then he used photoshop to make his point.
In a tweet last week, James wrote:
While watching the Draft my son Bryce ask “Is Ray Allen gonna play for the Heat”. I said “I don’t know, I hope so”.
James added another tweet yesterday that featured a picture of Allen in a Heat uniform.
Along with the picture, he wrote:

The Celtics are reportedly desperate to have Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett work their influence on Allen to keep him in Boston.
