UPDATE-Rihanna is slamming reports that she used a body double in her latest Armani ad – more on that later. The beautiful singer and now actress may have used a body double for the uber sexy Armani ads earlier this year. And it’s no coincidence that word is just being revealed since the 24-year-old is not keen on wanting the news out or at least that’s what the UK Sun wants us to believe.
According to the newspaper, Irish model Jahnassa Aicken is the woman who is baring her body in the designer panties in lieu of the Bajan singer. See video below.
Allegedly, Rihanna’s management made her sign an order banning her from speaking about the body double.
“Jahnassa’s torso, body, and bum appear in parts of the ad,” a source told the newspaper.
“It’s shocking Rihanna wanted one considering she loves posing with no clothes, plus she’s in great shape.”
We agree—seems odd to us.
The treatment for the ad shows Rihanna in bed alone wearing sexy, black lace underwear appearing to have a nightmare.
It then cuts to her getting out of bed as she picks up the telephone and then slips into a pair of Armani jeans and a leather jacket, but the close-up shots of the singer’s derriére and of her bust are said to be Jahnassa’s.
Jahnassa, who is signed to Style Academy Model Agency, 5’10” with black hair is said to have received a “modest sum” as the body double and was first spotted by Rihanna’s people in a crowd during the filming of her “We Found Love” music video in Northern Ireland.
“If we have complaints consumers have been misled by the use of a body double, we will investigate,” an Advertising Standards Authority spokesman told the newspaper.
There likely won’t be an investigation, Rihanna has responded to the Sun newspaper via Twitter.
Two hours ago the pop star tweeted, “Ok @thesunnewspaper , this is the only way I could say this to you!!! F*CK YOU….AND yo baggy ass condom” An hour later she asked, “Who is Jahnassa” “Does he have a tat on her hand too”
Another hour later Rihanna tweeted: “Ok enough of that! I coulda been more clever about it, but I was lazy.” If a lawsuit doesn’t turn up soon then we can assume that is the end of that.
