Mary J. Blige Considers Clothing Line Amidst Charity Issues

Mary J. Blige has taken over the reigns at her charity, Foundation For Advancement of Women Now, after TD Banks filed a lawsuit on a default loan for $250,000. It didn’t take long for the R&B veteran to move on to her next venture. This past Thursday Mary J was in China for Armani’s “One Night Only in Beijing” fashion show where she revealed some details about her possible clothing line to WWD. The 40-year old entertainer is only in the “brainstorming” phase but is expected to launch shoes and boots first and later expand to apparel. The yet-to-be-named fashion line will try to tackle the fit problem for many African-American women – a great-fitting pair of jeans!

We’ll definitely keep an eye out to see what Mary has to offer.
