Rihanna Attends 'Battleship' Premiere Amidst Health Concerns

Rihanna looked healthy and risqué as ever as the “Birthday Cake” singer walked the blue carpet for the “Battleship” premiere in Los Angeles Thursday at L.A. Live.

The “We Found Love” singer rocked a white, revealing front-and back, cowl-neck slinky dress with a high front-slit that she apparently co-designed, but was ready for any wardrobe challenges that the high wind may have caused.

“I’ve gotta hold on to my outfit a little tighter than usual,” she laughed.

Considering the Barbados-bred singer tweeted a pic of her IV-pricked arm a couple days prior , her arrival at the premiere was surprising.

“I’m a lot better now… I had a couple days to rest and get rehydrated,” she told Billy Bush who hosted the event. “I just had the flu and I kept working and I wasn’t getting better so I took couple days off to sleep and I feel great.”

Because of the (latest) illness stint, RiRi’s friends are becoming concerned and proactive, speaking up suggesting that the multi-talented star needs help because the “wild party marathons have taken over her life” which is leading her “on the path to destruction,” according to a Star magazine source.

The 24-year-old didn’t address such rumors, but did speak about wanting to become a dual artist, adding actress to her repertoire.

“I always thought it was something, after I started doing videos, it felt like something that I would be interested in,” she said. “I didn’t know if I was gonna be any good or like it. But I tried it thanks to [Director] Peter Berg and Universal and it has been really tremendous, this experience.”

Meanwhile, you catch RiRi in “Battleship” which opens in theaters May 18.
