Kenya Moore Takes On 'Real Housewives Of Atlanta' Role

Kenya Moore wants you to read between the lines as a confirmation that she has joined season 5 cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Earlier this week, a local Atlanta blog referenced a comment Kandi Burruss made as a clue Moore would join the popular Bravo reality show. The whispers grew loud enough for Sister2Sister magazine to unearth an interview with Kenya at the Black Women in Entertainment Law fundraiser honoring Debra Lee late last month.

“I’ve had an opportunity recently to be on a reality show. I feel like it’s almost like my duty to take the job because it’s the converse of what we’re seeing now.”

Uh-Oh sounds like someone else who hopes to depict a different picture until they unwittingly get sucked into the drama. Without dishing out any names, Kenya added,

“I can say that it’s an already established franchise. I’m back and forth between Atlanta and L.A….primarily Atlanta. Wink, wink!”

Taping with NeNe Leakes and the other casts  has begun. Will Kenya bring something different to Real Housewives?
