Lindsay Lohan should have taken the judge’s advice and stayed out of the clubs. Following an alleged altercation between the actress and a random woman at the Standard Hotel in West Hollywood, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department would like to talk to the troubled actress about the night in question.
The woman insists the starlet threw a drink in her face after she quipped to Lohan about clubbing with her father.
Which supposedly started the brouhaha—curse words and drinks began slinging. Just two weeks ago the ‘Parent Trap’ was named in an incident at the same club with a woman named Marisa Dugas. Lohan claimed she was home watching TV.
“Law enforcement had been in contact with Lindsay’s attorney last week, and they wanted to formally interview her,” according to RadarOnline.com.
“The lead investigator was told that Lindsay wasn’t going to be made available at this time though. She is under no obligation to be interviewed, but Marisa, her friend and the bouncer who witnessed the alleged assault, have all been formally interviewed by cops.”
While Marisa has filed a lawsuit against Lohan and has witnesses to back her claims two weeks ago, Michael Lohan confirms his daughter was there the second time but denies she threw a drink and further claims that his daughter suffered a drink being thrown to the face.
In the midst of all the fracas Lilo reportedly wants to help former child actress Amanda Bynes from following in her footsteps.
“According to one of Lindsay Lohan’s best friends, the actress would be more than happy to chat with Amanda Bynes, hoping the young actress’ recent DUI arrest and resulting intense media scrutiny won’t mirror LiLo’s own troubled years — which now, happily, appear to behind her.”
