Lindsay Lohan Watching 'Homeland' During Alleged Bar Fight

UPDATE-Lindsay Lohan wasn’t out partying her young life away at a West Hollywood bar, she was at home watching ‘Homeland’. Just two weeks removed from being taken off formal probation Lindsay has found herself in the middle of another debacle.

LiLo is being investigated for allegedly assaulting a woman on Thursday night at a club at The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood over a man. The alleged victim filed a police report two days later on Saturday but despite her claims Lindsay’s reps are screaming foul.

“Lindsay was never at the club and the whole thing is one big lie. Whomever started this will be held accountable for their malicious and unfounded accusations,” said Lohan’s spokesman Steve Honig via Radar Online.

Police in West Hollywood are actively investigating the case.

Update: According to TMZ, Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley will request detectives to investigate the woman for filing a false police report. If true, the accuser could face 6 months in jail.

While it may be hard to prove she was home watching TV the Standard Hotel also doesn’t have any images of Lindsay Lohan on their property that night.
