Rihanna set out to lose weight because she wasn’t too pleased with her curvier body, but a few pounds lighter—she’s wishing her boobs and butt hadn’t done a disappearing act.
‘It’s actually pretty annoying, because now I don’t have a butt, and I have no boobs. I already had no boobs to start with. So annoying! And I’m eating everything!’
The Barbados chameleon adhered to the Hollywood latest fad diet, the ‘Five Factor’ at the start of the year. The ‘Man Down’ singer revealed to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Thursday that though her diet can now consists of Mickey D’s in the wee hours of the morning, she cannot stop losing weight.
‘The Five Factor Diet has gone straight out the window ever since I went on tour. I mean, it’s difficult to have any kind of routine when your schedule is that crazy.’
The Five Factor Diet is the work of personal trainer Harley Pasternak who created a simple nutrition plan based on fives: Five meals per day, five days a week of exercise made up of five phases each five minutes long. Even each meal has five specific criteria and there are five cheat days allowed in five weeks.
