'House Of Payne' Star Keshia Knight Pulliam Sued For $350 Thousand

Keshia Knight Pulliam is being sued by her former talent agency for an alleged breach in contract, which led to unpaid commissions from her work on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne television show.

Greene & Associates filed the lawsuit March 1, 2012 at the Los Angeles Superior Courthouse.

According to the suit, the agency claims the actress sealed a deal with them via a written SAG agreement. The agreement states that the company would take a standard 10 percent of her earnings for their services.

Since 2007, Pulliam has made allegedly between $7,500 to $20,000 per episode. The TBS-based series produces up to 50 episodes per season.

Greene claims the actress joined their rival APA and then fired them via email in July 2011.  According to the lawsuit, the agency told Pulliam that because of their contract agreement, she is still obligated to pay them for all her work on House Of Payne.  The agency claims that Pulliam has refused to pay for this season of the show.

The suit is for $100,000 in unpaid remuneration and $250,000 for future commissions.
