Khloe Kardashian resorts to surrogacy as she reveals to the “Today” show that it broke her heart to hear husband Lamar Odom say he was jealous of her sister’s, Kourtney Kardashian, second pregnancy.
POPULARCRITIC told you last month that Lamar admitted to being jealous of Kourtney’s capability to carry a second child while he and Khloe are struggling to have one.
“Were you jealous that Kourtney got pregnant again?” Khloe asked. “Yes, they get to have another baby and I don’t,” Odom responded during the trailer for their upcoming reality show “Khloe & Lamar”, season 2.
Though Khloe has announced she will not see any fertility doctors in Dallas, she did “jokingly” asked her sister Kim Kardashian to be her surrogate.
“Khloe joked with me and said, ‘Will you be my surrogate?’” Kim said in Allure magazine. Kim graces the March issue of Allure where the voluptuous reality star is opening up about her future steps after her 72-day marriage fiasco.
“Do I want kids of my own? Absolutely,” she reveals to the fashion magazine. “But I don’t know if that’s what’s meant for me. Maybe I’ll just work, work, work, and not think about it.”
But would she consider birthing Khloe’s child?
“I think I have a couple more years when I just want my body to myself. At 35, I promise I’ll consider it.”
Khloe has tried to appear cavalier regarding her seemingly inability to carry a baby insisting that the issue was in “God’s hands” and later tweeting, “I am not at this time in my life considering any type of fertility treatments. If and when I do, I will shout it from the rooftops but for now its in Gods hands.”
But is the pressure to conceive getting to her?
The second season of “Khloe & Lamar” begins Sunday, February 19 on E!
