Pilar Sanders sets the record straight confirming she’s not a cheating harlot as previously reported by her 19 year old step-daughter Deiondra Sanders and she’s willing to take a lie detector test to prove it.
Deiondra recently put Pilar on blast via twitter claiming her step mother was never surprised by Deion Sanders divorce filings because her bags were already packed. She then ended her tirade by alleging her step-mother was nothing but a “gold digging h*e” who also cheated on her famous NFL husband.
Pilar of course completely refutes these claims and released a statement to TMZ through her attorney Larry Friedman that she was extremely disappointed with Deion for not putting his daughter in her place.
“It is extremely unfortunate that, in addition to the mental distress caused by the unexpected and untimely filing of the divorce by Deion Sanders, he has not stopped his daughter Deiondra from falsely accusing my client, Pilar Sanders, of infidelity in order to cause her more pain and suffering and further damage her character and reputation.”
Friedman added that although Deion had attempted to quell the situation by contacting popular Dallas radio station, Dallas K104, and apologizing for his daughter’s comments; prayers and well wishes are hardly the remedy as truth is the only cure this to solve this couples problems.
“This matter doesn’t require praying for Pilar as Deion has stated; it calls for telling the ‘truth’ — as well as a retraction of the false accusations made about Pilar and a public apology. Perhaps it’s time for the parties to submit to and release the results of a polygraph examination to determine whether infidelity was committed during the marriage and to put an end to the speculation once and for all.”
Pilar might be game for polygraph to clear her name but Deion plans to run far away from the “drama”.
“I’m not the authorizer of drama. First of all, I’m very calm. I’m not a yeller or screamer and I’m not even upset. It’s just another chapter in your life where you have to move on.”
Right…not sure how much of that we believe either but hey, perhaps it will all come out in the wash…or as this case may have it, the lie detector.
