Kris Humphries Slams Kim Kardashian; Britney Spears' Engagement Ring

Kris Humphries is back to slamming Kim Kardashian and her family since their divorce announcement last month. This time Kris is making claims that Keeping up with the Kardashians and all the other Kardashian shows are fake!

Here’s what a source revealed to RadarOnline;

“Kris says that Kim’s reality shows are a total sham. He doesn’t think there is anything real about the shows at all.

Remember that curiously odd episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians where Kris playfully tossed Kim in the water when they were vacationing with her family in Bora Bora? Well it turns out that missing earring incident (you know the one where Kim emerged from the water in a panic claiming she lost a $75,000 earring) may have been completely fake.

But don’t choke on your bagel just yet, the source continued by giving this statement about how things really went down;

“Kris was with Kim and her family in Bora Bora, and he playfully threw her in the sea,” a source close to Kris says. “Kim emerged from the water, freaking out, with cameras rolling, shrieking that she had lost one of her diamond earrings, which are worth $75,000. Kim was crying hysterically, but then miraculously, one of her younger sisters found the earring in the ocean, where the group had been swimming. It was probably 6-8 feet deep, and Kris commented to Kim how unbelievable it was that the valuable earring was found as the current in the ocean in Bora Bora is very, very strong. Kim just said, ‘I know,’ with very big smile on her face.”

The episode did raise quite a few eyebrows.

But Kris isn’t dissing the entire Kardashian clan.   Ironically, the one sister he clashes with most often is also the one he sees a most genuine.

“Kris thinks that Khloe is truly the only authentic one among the Kardashian sisters. Even though they didn’t get along, at all, he respects that Khloe does what she wants. If Kim and Kris had stayed together, and he had gotten traded to Dallas, like Lamar did, he knows Kim wouldn’t have moved with him like Khloe is doing.”

If Kris Humphries doesn’t get signed to a team soon that means he will plenty of time on his hand to continue putting Kim Kardashian on blast!

UPDATE: Kris Humphries has been offered a spot on AHL’s Syracuse Crunch. The hockey team’s general manager Vance Lederman wants to offer Kris a get your life back in order card.

“We would welcome Kris Humphries to Syracuse, where unlike Hollywood there are no paparazzi within hundreds of miles and he could reclaim his privacy and self-esteem.” Somewhere the Kardashians are hoping Kris takes the deal.

Britney Spears Is Engaged To Jason Trawick

Britney Spears is engaged to her former agent Jason Trawick. Britney, 30, and Jason, 40, celebrated their birthdays just two weeks apart. Trawick popped the question on his birthday this past Thursday in Los Angeles. On Friday night Britney showed off her 3-carat Neil Lane engagement ring at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino with Jason by her side.

According to a source, Trawick was waiting to propose to Brit after he showered him with birthday gifts. “He surprised her after she gave him his gifts and after they had cake last night.” After the special event Britney sent hints of the news to her fans, “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo”

Britney has two sons Preston, 6, and Jayden, 5, from her failed marriage to Kevin Federline.

Check out the ring below! Congrats to Britney Spears and Jason Trawick!!

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
