Brad Pitt recently sold his mansion to Ellen DeGeneres. According to reports, the funny woman completed the transaction on Friday to purchase the A-list actor’s Malibu home for $12 million.
The land sit on the Pacific Ocean and has a private beach. It’s also a property which has two separate houses, a pool, a tennis court and several gardens.
DeGeneres inquired about Pitt’s house at around the end of November. Back in October, she put her Architectural Digest-featured home on the market for $49 million. The mansion, which DeGeneres and her wife Portia De Rossi shared is about 15,000-square feet. The home she just bought from Pitt is only about 5,000-square feet.
