Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, was arrested overnight in Aspen, Colorado on charges of cocaine possession and assault, according to Aspen police spokesperson Blair Weyer.
Police said they found Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife inside a nightclub called Escobar after she allegedly assaulted some woman at a nearby bar.
Brooke Mueller was also booked on a misdemeanor 3rd degree assault charge, but was released from the Pitkin County jail this morning after posting $11,000 bond.
The last time Brooke Mueller made news was the infamous domestic violence incident in Aspen, when Charlie Sheen was arrested for assault after allegedly roughing Brooke up.
Mueller has had her share of run-ins with the law before. In September 1996, the former actress was arrested for DUI and property damage after she crashed her vehicle into a road sign. She was arrested again in March 2001 for cocaine possession.
Ultimately both charges were dropped but Brooke Mueller has since been in and out of rehab multiple times.
