Update-If you thought Project Runway judge Heidi Klum‘s 2011 Halloween Costume party was over in Las Vegas, think again! Heidi brought her best again in New York City along with her husband Seal. See more details below.
Klum stole the show during a Halloween party at Tao Las Vegas on Saturday. Heidi appeared as a skinless corpse equipped with blood and exposed mussel tissue! Heidi’s realistic costume, which was designed and hand-painted by artist Martin Izquierdo, also came with yellow prosthetic teeth, red contact lenses and a bald head cap.
However, Klum didn’t stop there. She made her grand entrance on a gurney covered with a white bed sheet while being escorted by two bloodstained doctors. On the red carpet, she told reporters:
“This is my thirteenth Halloween party this year and I wanted something different. I was thinking how it would look if I had all my skin ripped off, and so…voila!”
When asked about the making of the costume she replied;
“We started in July. We started with a body suit that was white. And then, basically, everything had to be hand-painted. Izquierdo used anatomical photos of the human body to accurately render the bones and muscles.”
She also added that it took about three and a half hours with a makeup artist to complete the entire transformation. Wow, now that’s what I call getting in the spirit.
Holly Robinson Peete made sure to sprinkle in some humor by dressing as a low pants riding, tattooed sporting, blinged out Lil Wayne. She was escorted by her two adorable sons who dressed as a vampire and a ghoulish monster to the Keep A Child Alive Halloween benefit in L.A. last night.
But that was then and this is now, Heidi pulled her hubby Seal into the action when the couple appeared on the red carpet last night at the Dream Downtown Hotel (New York City) in matching monkey costumes. And this is not your throw over your head costume – it took Heidi six hours to get ready!!
Amber Rose, Fergie, Jessica White and other celebrities attended Heidi’s Halloween bash.
Did Heidi Klum outdo her self this year?!
