Basketball Wives LA star Jackie Christie is heartbroken as she lost her mother to cancer today. Jackie has openly discussed her mother’s health and the emotional roller coaster that comes with it on Basketball Wives. In the last episode as Jackie plans her wedding she hopes and prays that her mother will make it through to share in the special moment.
And made it she did, Jackie’s mom Cora will be seen on tonight’s episode attending Jackie and Doug’s sixteenth wedding via Skype!
This morning however, Jackie called into The Tom Joyner Morning Show with the sad news,
“I just lost my mother a few hours ago. She’s had a long fight with it, and I know she’s in a better place, and it was her time. So, we’re ok with it.”
