Lauryn Hill may have found a round about way to squelch rumors of the paternity of her sixth child. Lauryn gave birth to her sixth child on Saturday, but the paternity of the child remains an unknown for the public. Speculation around Rohan Marley possibly not being the father began with Marley himself. Rohan shocked twitter fans when he implied he wasn’t the father after he received numerous congratulatory posts.
Marley’s attempt to squelch the fire storm only increased the desire to know the intimate details of his relationship with Lauryn Hill.
So Lauryn Hill decided to take matters into her own hands to respond in a very indirect manner, albeit, about her relationship to Rohan Marley,
Mr. Marley and I have a long complex history about which MANY inaccuracies have been reported since the beginning. To speculate without the facts can only cause people to form WRONG conclusions. We both value privacy and for that reason defend and preserve our right to it. Contrary to the numerous reports, Mr. Marley did not abandon me while pregnant with his child. We have had long periods of separation over the years but our 5 children together remain a joy to both of us. Thank you for your concern and I appreciate all of the well wishes regarding the birth of my new son.
