Evelyn Lozada Moves On to Fitness Career, Chad Johnson Seeks Forgiveness

It seems both Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson are ready to move on with their lives as Evelyn pursues her career in fitness on a Latina blog and Chad begs fans not to “crucify” him.

She started out as a drama causing, fist slinging, table climbing, hot mess on the VH1 reality show Basketball Wives, but since then it seems like Lozada truly has been turning her life around.

Although she is still a reality star on the Basketball Wives show, she is also furthering her career just weeks after stating that she didn’t want reality television to be her only business venture.

This Wednesday (December 6) was when Latina.com launched the new fitness blog “Latina Fitness With Evelyn.” With the help of celebrity trainer Tim Hamilton of “GetFit Trim” the new blog crashed the site immediately with so many viewers pouring in at once.

The reality star turned fitness guru couldn’t have been more excited to hear the news.

“Wow! I just heard I CRASHED the Latina website with my fitness blog! Thank you to everyone who logged on,” the 36-year-old tweeted.

The Basketball Wife’s first post was titled “How to Flatten Your Tummy With A Super Ab Workout” which explains why the site crashed. It’s no secret that Lozada has a gorgeous beach bod and any woman would love to find out her secrets to turning flab into ab.

“Currently, I’m filming, so I’m a busy bee, but I ALWAYS have time to work out my abs,” the post began. I normally begin my morning with a very healthy breakfast that consists of plain oatmeal and a 2 oz shot of youthH2O, which provides me with my super foods, Vitamin C and natural energy to start my day!”

She has been building her fitness empire as the YouthH2O brand has also paid Lozada 6-figures to be the face of their product after they discovered she was already a fan of the product.

The post goes on to introduce one of Ev’s favorite ab routines but she also stresses the importance of switching your routine up so you don’t get bored or discouraged.

It seems like her fans are going to support the reality star whether she is punching lights out or showing America how to get fit and slim which is a good thing to see considering she had been doing all she can to turn her life around.

After appearance on Iyanla Vanzant’s “Fix My Life,” it seems like the former drama queen really has been making quite a few changes for the better. Perhaps she wanted the new hair color to go along with her new career and newly “fixed” life.

Meanwhile, Lazada’s headbutting ex is asking the public not to “crucify” him for his mistakes and he also seems ready to move on past the unfortunate case of domestic violence.

“I made mistakes as we all have, but don’t crucify me because we all sin differently,” Johnson said in an interview with ESPN’s Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith.

The former Miami Dolphins player even admitted to cheating on his wife and owned up to head butting her in a fit of rage.

Unlike Chris Brown, however, Chad seems truly apologetic and though is also asking for the public not do judge him he also isn’t expecting the media to ignore his behavior.

“Think about my life in general?” he continued. “What have I ever done in private? Think about it? Nothing. Not my marriage, not the way I play the game, not the way I live my life. So when things go sour it should be the same way. It should be out there in the public eye.”

Johnson went on to admit that he is “no saint” but also pointed out that he never claimed to be one in the first place.

Fingers crossed that he has truly learned from his mistakes and both Chad and his gorgeous ex wife can leave their pasts behind and move on to brighter futures.
