Jeremy Renner might think Kim Kardashian and the remaining Kardashian clan are “stupid, stupid people” but that hasn’t stopped them from winning. A photo surfaced earlier today of Kim Kardashian wearing a prison orange jumpsuit behind bars.
The shot is from the set of Drop Dead, where Kardashian has had a recurring role as a Nikki LePree, a shady relationship guru that swindled one of the other characters out of her savings and ran off. However, Kardashian’s character is in jail for a bunch of unpaid parking tickets according to People Magazine. Nancy Grace will also guest star on the episode as herself.
“I’m ecstatic to welcome Kim to the Diva family. In discussing the role of Nikki with her, I’m blown away by her smarts, sense of humor and passion. This series is all about reinvention, and I’m so excited to see Kim ‘reinvented’ in the world of ‘Drop Dead Diva,’” said Josh Berman, the show’s creator, to E! News. Kardashian was originally only to appear in three episodes but Drop Dead Diva execs were impressed with her acting chops and decided to keep Kardashian on for more episodes.
“We wrote her a three episode arc,” Berman said to the Hollywood Reporter. “But, once she got on set and I was with her I got to see what her strengths were and we got to write to those.”
Meanwhile the “Bourne Legacy” actor didn’t hold back on his criticism for the Kardashian family;
Oh, all those ridiculous people with zero talent who spend their lives making sure everyone knows their name. Those stupid, stupid people.”
