Nicki Minaj Fires Back At Murder Allegations Linked To Backup Dancer

Nicki Minaj Backup Dancer – Nicki Minaj is defending her reputation AND backup dancers against allegations that two of her male dancers were involved in murder. Tragically 21-year old Irish foreign exchange student Nicola Furlong was found dead after spending an evening with James Blackston (an alleged backup dancer of Nicki’s) and Larry Perry.

According to reports, Nicola and her friend Sarah attended Nicki’s concert held in Tokyo last Wednesday. They missed the last train and was offered to spend the night with James and his male friend. The foursome returned the hotel where James and Nicola went into a bedroom. Hotel residents complained of loud sounds and called authorities who found James standing over Nicola’s unconscious body – she was reportedly strangled.

Blog site Perez Hilton claimed James was a backup dancer to Nicki – a claim she vehemently denies on Twitter.

“Saddened to learn one of my precious fans found tragically (dead) in Japan. My love & prayers are with the family of Nicola Furlong.

She continued this time speaking directly to Perez, @PerezHilton my dancers had nothing to do w/this tragedy. No one in my entourage was questioned or arrested. They all flew home from Japan. @PerezHilton that person on your sight is NOT my dancer. We do NOT know the men in custody. Too much misleading information.”

According to Nicola’s family the Japanese police “continuing their investigations into the circumstances surrounding Nicola’s death. As these circumstances are unclear at this time we respectfully request time and space to mourn Nicola with dignity.”

Sad..
