Katy Perry doesn’t take kindly to people speaking about her divorce – this includes her parents Keith and Mary Hudson.
Russell Brand filed for divorce from Katy Perry on December 30th and speculation over their demise are running rampant. Whatever the cause was Katy’s parents were happy it was bringing new parishioners. During a service Mary told her churchgoers,
“I’m sure Katy is trending on the internet just to get you to church tonight. I mean all over the world, who knows how God is bringing them in? The most important thing is you are here and God wants to put the fire in you in 2012.”
We’re guessing Katy’s parents are not fond of Russell. Katy addressed the numerous rumors on her Twitter page. She began with thanking everyone for their support
“I am so grateful for all the love and support I’ve had from people around the world. You guys have made my heart happy again.”
Soon after that tweet Katy slammed those who thought they could speak for her:
“Concerning the gossip, I want to be clear that NO ONE speaks for me. Not a blog, magazine, “close sources” or my family.”
Bethenny Frankel Ends Reality TV Show
Bethenny Frankel is calling it quits with Bravo TV. The breakout star of the Real Housewives of New York has decided to end ‘Bethenny Ever After’ on a high night on focus on other ventures. A source tells US Weekly, Betheny “is going to concentrate on her many business ventures.”
The source added, “The door is open for other projects with Bravo. But as far as Bethenny Ever After goes, she feels that ending the show on a high note and ending it after this season would be best for her family. She doesn’t want her [20-month-old] daughter [Bryn] to grow up on TV.”
Perhaps Bethenny is making room for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak who landed her own spinoff show. Congrats to Frankel for calling it quits before it ruined her marriage!
