For many, Ciara and Russell Wilson are the epitome of Black love in Hollywood today. The couple shares two biological children, daughter Sienna Princess Wilson, 5, and son, Win Harrison Wilson, 1, and co-parent Ciara’s 7-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn, from her previous relationship with rapper Future.
The Seattle Seahawks quarterback doted over his wife of six years in a celebratory post on Instagram Sunday, May 8. In the caption, he began writing, “Happy Mother’s Day to you, baby! @ciara. You are the best mom, woman, business leader, entertainer, visionary, kind, loving, innovative, and most special woman in the world!” he continued. “I love that you love our children the way you do! You bring me joy and confidence every day! Daddy loves you! Our babies love you too! To the moon and back! #HappyMothersDay.”
Ciara responded back in comments, writing, “I love you so much, baby. This day is that much sweeter spending it with you and our babies. Truly grateful. Thanks for loving me the way you do.”
Most fans gushed over the beautiful family photos Russ shared along with his post. But the conversation was much different in the comments of The Shade Room’s post, where many called him “Daddy Russ.”

Fans of the couple brought up what we now call “Ciara’s prayer” for a long-lasting relationship. In the prayer, the “Level Up” vocalist shared her desire for a “God-fearing man” who “loved kids,” among other characteristics.
One person said, “Lord I see what you’ve done for others.” Another added, “God, it’s me again.”
Referring to Wilson’s positive influence, one male fan said, “He inspires me, man. I treat my girl like the queen she is and he just makes me feel even better when I see him do the same.”
Wilson and Ciara have yet to reveal if they are expecting. However, fans are convinced the singer is pregnant after Wilson dropped down on one knee weeks earlier and asked her to have another baby.
