The Real co-host Loni Love is ready to get back to work with her girls and gave fans a sneak peek of their cute new virtual setup, complete with their signature table and seating arrangements.
The daytime talk show, which is currently in its sixth season, has been airing pre-taped episodes for the past couple of weeks due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but the girls are getting ready to make their daily return. Love shared her excitement in an Instagram post writing, “New episodes of #thereals6 start next week Monday April 13!!!!!!”
The co-hosts looked happy to be gathered around the table again, and there undoubtedly will be a lot to catch up on in the new episodes. Fans commented on Love’s post, letting her know that they’re more than ready for the fresh conversation.
“Can’t wait. I love the show so much I love how you guys keep it 💯and also hilarious,” wrote a viewer. “You guys really did t have to do this while everything is going on. But I know The Real will be a light during this time:)”
“yayyyyyy i couldn’t be more excited:),” commented another.
“Y’all were part of my everyday, gave me a sense of scheduling, now I’m just drinking the brown liquor and watching too many Tiger 🐯 shows lol,” said a third.
“Love the table so cute ladies 🙏🏼🙏🏼,” complimented a fourth viewer. “Yes!!!!! I was hoping you guys would do this! 😍 👏🏼🙌🏼”
Co-host Jeannie Mai‘s recent engagement to rapper Young Jeezy made headlines, so that could (and should) be toward the top of the discussion list upon return. “Jeannie and Jay were set for a trip to Vietnam this April. What Jeannie didn’t know is that Jay was planning to propose,” Mai’s rep told PEOPLE. “Instead, Jay decided to bring Vietnam to Jeannie with a surprise quarantine date night in his home filled with Vietnamese food and decor.”
