Juicy J’s investment into a premium beverage company has paid off in a major way.
The rapper posted the news on his Instagram account on Nov. 29, and since then fans have been chatting away about his big payday.
Keurig Dr. Pepper announced plans to buy Core Nutrition, which sells water and other bottled beverages like low-calorie fruit-infused drinks, in September.
“The health of the way that product is selling is so strong,” said deal adviser Nick McCoy of the choice to acquire Core in a press release. “Not only is it growing really rapidly but the velocity numbers are increasing really well and it’s very difficult to grow velocity when you’re growing that quickly.”
The purchase had been expected to be completed by the end of the year.
“The best investment I made in my life,🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿” Juicy said in the caption of an article screenshot detailing a headline of the acquisition.
