Kandi Burruss let fans know the rumors about her being pregnant are false. On Tuesday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star sat down with Essence magazine. Burruss admitted to wanting to expand her family of three children with husband Todd Tucker. Burruss told the magazine, “We’re definitely trying to figure out ways to grow our family.” She then clarified, “I know a lot of people thought that meant that I was pregnant. But I’m not pregnant. Let’s be clear. I saw that floating around the internet.”
The singer then opens up about trying to get pregnant, “Unfortunately, it’s not happening.” She explained that she will be discussing her fertility issues in the shows upcoming season, “So obviously we’re just going to be talking about what that means for our family.”
Burruss and Tucker’s household includes two daughters from previous relationships and their 2-year-old son Ace Wells Tucker they had together. She told Essence, “You know how we all just think it’s easy? You’re going to get pregnant whenever you feel like it?” She continued, “For years and years, I was on birth control [and I] didn’t even know that I didn’t need it any more.”
The rumors about Burruss began to really pick up steam when the “RHOA” fan account shared a video of Burruss revealing that she and her husband Tucker are considering expanding their family.
