Snapchat is not catching any breaks from celebs, only “L’s.” Chrissy Teigen joins the list of celebrities that are completely over the social media app.
The app has received harsh feedback lately first over the update that took place a few months ago and then a tasteless ad that involved singers Rihanna and Chris Brown. Fans were very offended by this incident and decided to delete the app causing the company to drop over 3% in the stocks.
The fallout didn’t end there, John Legend’s wife and model Teigen announced to her 10 million followers, “I stopped using snap. The update, the constant complaints of people not being able to find me, plus the Rihanna poll…no bueno.”
Having another big-time celebrity drop the app didn’t help the apps stocks. Since Tiegen’s comment, the stocks dropped an additional 2.8%.
Snapchats multiple apologies fell on deaf ears as their stocks continue to drop.
