“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Staub is aware of the report that her fellow cast members want her axed over a racist rant, but there’s one problem: Staub said it’s not her and never would be!

The self-described OG RHONJ member just rejoined the cast for the reality show’s upcoming eighth season. But amid a new report about her being racist, they already want to give her the boot!
Staub, who denied the report in a Sunday, Sept. 10 tweet, was reportedly recorded going on a bigoted rant a couple years ago, according to TMZ, and the cast is not here for it. The audio is said to have been recorded during a 2015 fight with an ex-boyfriend. In addition to allegedly repeatedly saying the n-word, Staub reportedly referred to her former flame as a “stupid f—— Mexican.”

While Staub wasn’t part of RHONJ at the time of the recording — she left after the first two seasons when she couldn’t stop clashing with everyone — she’s making her big return this season. TMZ reports “several cast members are disgusted they shot scenes with her” and are worried about how it’ll affect their reputations. As a result, they’re calling on producers to cut down what is reportedly a ton of airtime for Staub.
However, with the season premiering on Bravo Wednesday, Oct. 4, cutting down Staub’s appearances doesn’t seem likely. Not only has she slammed the audio recording as “nonsense,” but the teaser promises she’ll bring the drama.
“I’m back, b——,” Staub said in one of the scenes, yet just how long she’ll last remains to be seen.
