‘She Just Got Back Cool with Kandi’: Tamar Braxton May Have Just Severed a Newly Repaired Relationship with Kandi Burruss

Tamar Braxton is apparently showing what side she is on regarding Kandi Burruss‘ feud with Carlos King.

Burruss explained in an emotional interview last month that she was no longer friends with King because the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” executive producer tried selling Xscape group members’ life stories and pitch it to a television network.

Immediately following Burruss’ remarks, King seemingly addressed the situation by sharing a photo of a fan’s tweet. It said, “@thecarlosking_ with every elevation is demonic agitation. You are on track, don’t get distracted! #reigndrop.”

Fast forward to Oct. 4, Braxton defended King in a now-deleted Instagram Story. This comes moments after King praised the singer for her latest performance in Atlanta. King wrote, “My bish is backkkkkk @tamarbraxton.”

Braxton responded to King by reposting his compliment and saying, “My friend @thecarlosking who don’t have to steal nobody nothing I (heart emoji) you.” As Braxton’s comments began circulating online, including on Brough Chat’s Instagram page, many immediately called out the “Love & War” vocalist.

The remarks ranged from several fans telling Braxton to “stop inserting herself into other people business” to others claiming the singer may have potentially severed her friendship with Burruss again after coming to King’s defense.

“I feel like she creating more drama than there already is, and then she goes and unfollows kandi after posting this, she inserting herself into other people business.”

“She needs to mind her business and stop protecting wrong doers. Her and Kandi made up and you doing this? Normalize staying neutral. I swear people!”

“She just got back cool with Kandi now she messing it up again.”

“This ain’t have anything to do with Tamar, yet there she goes sticking her nose and lips in it.”

Braxton and Burruss’ complicated relationship was documented on 2019’s “Celebrity Big Brother.” In the series, Braxton claimed she and Burruss weren’t on good terms despite having a mutual friendship with Tameka “Tiny” Harris because the songwriter never liked her.

Burruss would ultimately disclose that her issue with Braxton stemmed from the “Braxton Family Values” star inviting guests onstage that publicly disrespected Xscape in their 2017 joint tour. Another reason that Burruss shared that could have contributed to the pair’s estranged relationship was her friends’ guest appearances on “The Real” after Braxton was fired from the series. Following the admission, both women made amends.

It is currently unclear where Braxton and Burruss’ current friendship stands.
