The rapper celebrated his 30th birthday on August 16 and received a variety of lush gifts from his celebrity friends. Among the apparent list of presents are pieces of high-end art from T.I., a pink Bentley from Gunna, $100,000 from his longtime girlfriend Karlae, and a Bottega Veneta from 21 Savage.
The “Bad Boy” rapper’s list of enviable gifts grew by about 100 acres after he purportedly was surprised with an expansive amount of landy by his manager Geoff Ogunlesi and Atlanta realtor Trey Williams.

In the video shared by Williams, the “Franchise” rapper is joined by a few members of his team as they survey the currently wooded land. “100 acres of land where you can build your own subdivision…invest your money,” the realtor can be heard saying in one of the videos.
