Following the photo’s release, many fans bombarded the actress’s comment section with compliments. Several people pointed out Williams “still got it” despite being in her 50s.

“Yes Ma’am bring all the 💨.”

Back in 2014, during an interview with ABC News, Williams revealed how she kept her body in shape.

The mother of four told the network that “eating clean” was one of the many factors that assisted in her keeping a slim physique. “Just eating as clean as you possibly can when you have a goal to attain. If I wanted to drop a few pounds for any kind of event or red carpet, you cut out alcohol, you cut out sugar, you cut out carbs.”

Williams continued by listing other tricks that helped maintain her healthy lifestyle, like “juicing, hot water and lemon — those are all great cleansers to keep you hydrated … nowadays it’s so easy to get organic products. Whether they are seaweed snacks or anything.”

She wrapped up the conversation by disclosing that she tries to remain active despite her busy schedule. “I try to do something every day, whether it’s taking a class or jumping on the treadmill. Also, yoga, just trying to keep moving, for sure.”
