The elegant floor-length ensemble featured a plunging neckline — a cut the former Xscape star loves to wear — and long puffy sleeves. It also featured two thigh-high splits and a slate-gray belt around her waistline. Kandi complemented her gown with a pair of black Yves Saint Laurent heels.
